How it works
No. Monetoli works by reading PDF statements you export from your bank's app or website.
There are no bank API connections, no login credentials, and no third-party data sharing.
Your banking credentials never touch Monetoli.
Monetoli is designed to work with PDF bank statements from any bank in any country.
As long as the PDF contains readable transaction data (not a scanned image),
Monetoli can process it. If you encounter a format that isn't recognised,
contact support@monetoli.com and we'll look into adding support.
Processing time depends on the size and complexity of your statement. Most statements
complete within a minute, but larger files with many transactions can take a few minutes.
You will see a progress indicator while your statement is being processed.
After extracting transactions from your PDF, Monetoli uses AI to assign each transaction
a category (e.g. Groceries, Transport, Dining). You can review and correct any
categorization from within the app.
Yes. You can upload statements from as many banks as you like. Each statement is stored
separately and transactions from all statements appear in a unified view.
Account & billing
Starter is free forever and lets you upload 1 statement per month (up to 50 pages).
Essentials (€9/month or €79/year) increases that to 20 statements per month (up to 100 pages each)
and adds advanced analytics, CSV export, and priority support.
Yes. You can cancel your Essentials subscription at any time directly from
Settings → Subscriptions in the app — no need to contact support.
After cancellation you retain Essentials access until the end of your current billing period,
then your account reverts to the free Starter plan.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied,
email support@monetoli.com within 14 days
of your payment and we'll issue a full refund. See our full

You can request account deletion at any time from Settings in the app,
or by emailing support@monetoli.com.
All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Privacy & security
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell or share
your financial data with any third parties. See our

Yes. Monetoli is operated from the EU and is fully GDPR-compliant. You have the right
to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at
hello@monetoli.com to exercise your rights.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure hosted in the EU.
We maintain Data Processing Agreements with all third-party providers we use.
